Degreasing - Blast

Although parts washing or vapor degreasing may be the first thing one thinks of when it comes to degreasing component parts, many abrasive blasting solutions exist for degreasing.

There are several potential advantages. Dry degreasing can be done with sodium bicarbonate media, leaving a clean, dry part and eliminating an aqueous waste stream. Alternatively, wet blasting can degrease and blast clean a work piece in one step, eliminating the need to wash, dry, and then blast a component part.
