Vibratory Bowls

Surface Preparation features a complete line of vibratory bowls for mass finishing. Vibratory bowls are universally used for practically any finishing application including deburring, fine finishing, polishing, burnishing and radiusing and can generate specific finish requirements such as pre-plate finishes. They are suitable either as independent, "stand-alone" machines or can be integrated into automated manufacturing and finishing systems.

Surface Preparation offers three primary types of vibratory bowls:

• Standard Bowls – The most common and economical type of vibratory bowls. These bowls range in size from 3.8 cubic feet up to 42 cubic feet in gross volume. These units are ideal for most deburring or radiusing processes. Click here for more info on Standard Vibratory Bowls.
• Ball Burnishing Bowls – The workhorse line of vibratory bowls. The scope of applications for this series includes anything from aggressive deburring & radiusing to high gloss finishes of delicate components.
