Mass Finishing Driers - BF HL Series
International Surface Preparation features the Walther Trowal BF - HL Series of hot air tunnel driers. The BF - HL Series is ideal for large and bulky parts, delicate parts that must not impinge each other and for components with difficult to reach cavities where drying media may lodge.
The Trowal BF-HL driers are designed to complete the finishing process by offering an effective means of drying wet components by passing them through a hot air tunnel. The drying takes place with hot air which is constantly circulated with a blower fan, uniformly heating the drying tunnel.
Key features of the Walther Trowal BF-HL Series driers include:
- Operating temperature adjustable up to 280° F.
- Speed of the belt drive is adjustable from 19 to 118 inches per minute
- Units are heavily insulated resulting in energy savings

Options available for the BF - HL series include a stainless steel (320 grade) mesh belt and a high pressure air knife to blow off moisture of water pockets from the components mounted at the entry to the drying tunnel.
