Vibratory Bowls
International Surface Preparation features the Walther Trowal line of vibratory bowls. Walther Trowal vibratory bowls are universally used for practically any finishing application. They can be used for deburring, fine finishing, polishing, burnishing and radiusing and can generate specific finish requirements such as pre-plate finishes. They are suitable either as independent, "stand-alone" machines or can be integrated into automated manufacturing and finishing systems.
International Surface Preparation offers these three series of Walther Trowal vibratory bowls:
- CD Series – The standard line of vibratory bowls offered by Trowal. These bowls range in size from 3.8 cubic feet up to 42 cubic feet in gross volume. These units are ideal for most deburring or radiusing processes. Click here for more info on the CD Series.
- CB Series – The workhorse line of Trowal vibratory bowls. The scope of applications for the CB series includes anything from aggressive deburring & radiusing to high gloss finishes of delicate components. The CB range is also a great choice for burnishing applications. Click here for more info on the CB Series.
- CM Series – The CM line lends itself to larger or delicate parts that may need to be isolated while in process. This degree of isolation is accomplished with the optional carousel partition. Click here for more info on the CM Series.
