Zinc Cut Wire
Qualities
- Metallic abrasive softer than steel, stainless steel, cast or cut wire products
- Ideal for deflashing and finishing die castings, normally in wheelblast equipment
- Made from high grade zinc wire
- Produces a cosmetically correct finish with very low breakdown rate and fairly constant mass size
- Will reduce wear and tear on blast equipment compared to most other metallic abrasives

- Will deposit a thin film of zinc on steel parts producing short term rust protection
